Please place orders by Sunday 15th December to enable us to give your parcel the best possible chance to arrive by Christmas.
We will be closed from 1pm Friday 20th December 2024, through to Sunday 5th January 2025.
Any orders which are received after the 15th December and are not the following capital city destinations (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Hobart or Adelaide) will be despatched upon our return from the 6th January 2025.
For deliveries to Western Australia and Northern Territory, please have your Christmas orders in no later than Sunday 15th December.

Free range, 100% Australian Pork air-dried ham selected from the very best legs of free range pork. The pork legs are de-boned, salted and seasoned according to a traditional Italian recipe. They are then air-dried and matured over an extensive period. Sliced very thinly, it is mouthwatering with fresh crusty bread as is and with rock melon.
